RETURNING TO YOUR JOURNEY

Remember the name and symbol.Protect the recovery card.

The private recovery card is the main way back when account details are forgotten. For an approved 9–12 account, the parent or guardian can also view its Journey Name through secure email access.

JOURNEY NAME

Your chosen name plus one symbol

A Journey Name joins the first name you chose to the symbol you selected—for example, TinaLion. The recovery card shows both parts.

FOUR-DIGIT PIN

The PIN opens the account

Choose four digits that are not repeated or an obvious sequence. Do not share the PIN with friends or enter it where someone can watch.

RECOVERY CARD

Save it when the account is created

Download or print the card immediately. It contains the Journey Name, chosen symbol and one-time recovery code.

FORGOT SOMETHING

Use the card before guessing

If you forget the animal or symbol, read it from the card. If you forget the PIN, use the card in Recover and choose a new PIN.

SHARED DEVICE

Do not remain signed in

Leave “This is my private device” unticked, save the recovery card somewhere the next user cannot see it, and sign out when finished.

LOST EVERYTHING

Use the governed recovery boundary

For an approved 9–12 account, the parent or guardian can securely retrieve the Journey Name. If the recovery card and PIN are both lost, they can remove the account and help begin again.

BEFORE YOU SIGN OUT

Check that the recovery card is saved.

Do not rely on remembering the symbol later. The card is deliberately the one private item that holds the full Journey Name and the recovery route together.
